Assad: No distinction between terrorists and US
Syrian President Bashar al-Assad told Sputnik on Friday that there is no distinction between terrorist activities and military interventions of the United States and Turkey in his country. He explained his claims by saying that the US-led coalition breaks the international law by acting without the green light from either Syrian government or the United Nations.
"There's one master who's controlling all these factions," Assad said and added that US and Turkish military forces should abandon Syria "by will or by force" upon defeating terrorists. He reiterated that terrorists represent the real threat, and once they are out of the picture, it will be easy to expel the US-led coalition.
