German import prices down 0.6% in October
The index of import prices in Germany fell 0.6% in October compared to the same month last year, the country's statistical office Destatis announced on Tuesday.
When crude oil and mineral oil products are excluded, import prices were down by 0.7% year on year.
On a monthly basis, the indicator rose 0.9% from September this year.
German export prices decreased by 0.1% in October from the same period in 2015. The index increased 0.3% from September 2016.
