Saudi Arabian oil exports fall in August
Crude exports from Saudi Arabia declined to 7.305 million barrels in August, according to data released by the Joint Organizations Data Initiative (JODI) on Tuesday. This marks a decrease from 7.622 million barrels per day seen in the month before.
The internal demand for crude products in the country increased by 0.267 million barrels per day to 2.925 million in August, the numbers revealed.
Brent crude for December delivery rose 0.54% to $51.97 per barrel, while the West Texas Intermediate oil for November delivery increased 0.64% to $50.41 a barrel at 12:01 p.m. CET.
