Shooting at Russia's intel agency, 3 killed
Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) announced on Friday that two people were killed and one person wounded during an armed attack at the intelligence office in the far east region of Russia. According to the FSB’s statement, the perpetrator who broke into the intelligence office in the city of Khabarovsk was also killed during the ordeal.
The attacker passed metal detectors and started shooting at the people in the reception area of the FSB office. Russian intel stated that one FSB officer and one civilian were left dead after the incident. Soon after, security eliminated the attacker as well.
The FSB later identified the attacker as a 18-year-old Russian national who is believed to have had links with a neo-Nazi organization.
