Trump: We may both vote on health, keep govt open
After a setback to the healthcare plan, the administration is continuing to work on it, United States President Donald Trump (pictured right) said on Thursday. Speaking at a joint press conference in Washington with Italian Prime Minister Paolo Gentiloni (left), he added he hopes to roll out the overhaul project "soon." In the continuation of the efforts, the plan is getting "better and better" and it became very good, Trump stressed and insisted the government wants to push through both the health package and the initiative to keep the government open.
The latter is needed to prevent a partial shutdown in funding, after in December lawmakers passed a bill to keep the federal government operating until April 28.
