U.S. personal spending rises 0.3% in October

Personal consumption expenditures (PCE) increased 0.3% in the United States in October from the month before, the country's Bureau of Economic Analysis said on Wednesday. 

The PCE price index was up by 0.2% from September and rose 1.4% compared to October 2015.

Personal income climbed in October 0.6% compared to the month before.
