4.1-magnitude quake shakes northern Italy
A 4.1-magnitude earthquake was recorded in northern Italy on Saturday, according to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC).
It struck at a shallow depth of about 8 kilometers with an epicenter some 20 kilometers northwest of the city of Rimini, home to approximately 118 thousand, according to the ESMC.
The earthquake is the second one to hit the country during the day, as a 4.3-magnitude quake shook the region around 5:32 am, local time.
