6.5-magnitude quake hits Afghanistan
A 6.5-magnitude earthquake shook Afghanistan near the border with Pakistan, the United States Geological Survey (USGS) reported on Tuesday.
According to the information the USGS collected, the quake occurred at a depth of 187.6 kilometers about 40 kilometers south-southeast of Jorm in the Hindu Kush.
Meanwhile, the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) stated the shake struck at a depth of 194 kilometers.
