Trump commutes Roger Stone's sentence

United States President commuted the sentence of his former adviser Roger Stone (pictured), the White House confirmed.

"Roger Stone has already suffered greatly. He was treated very unfairly, as were many others in this case. Roger Stone is now a free man!" the WH statement read.

Stone was sentenced to 40 months in prison in February after he was found guilty of obstruction of justice, witness tampering and making false statements to Congress. One of the prosecutors that resigned from Trump ally's case claimed earlier he was pressured Department of Justice "to cut Stone a break."
