Belarusian police claims officers' data leaked online

The Belarus police said on Wednesday that the private data of 300 police officers was leaked online. The officials claim that the actions are connected to the opposition attempts to disclose the identities of special forces members.

The protest in Belarus started in early August after President Alexander Lukashenko secured another term in office by winning 80% of the votes. Consequently, the international community criticized the reaction of the government, while Belarus officials claimed the protests were managed by "professional coordinators."

Most recently, it was reported that the opposition politician Maxim Znak was apprehended by masked men.
