Biden: Jerusalem attack against civilized world
The Biden administration reaffirmed its commitment to Israel’s security following a terror attack in Jerusalem that left several people dead and injured on Friday.
In a phone call with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, United States President Joe Biden "made clear that this was an attack against the civilized world," and "offered all appropriate means of support to the Government and People of Israel over the coming days."
At least seven people lost their lives in a shooting outside of a synagogue amid escalating tensions between Israel and Palestine, with the shooter neutralized by the police forces. Commenting on the accident, Netanyahu urged Israelis against conducting revenge attacks.
