Biden likely to name Tom Donilon as CIA chief - report

United States President-elect is leaning toward naming Tom Donilon as the next CIA director, Politico reported citing two people familiar with the matter.

Donilon served as the national security advisor to former President Barack Obama and is currently chairman of the BlackRock Investment Institute.

According to the report, ex-CIA Acting Director Michael Morell and former Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson are also in contention to lead the agency during Biden's presidency.
