Bogota to undergo quarantine from April 23

Bogota Mayor Claudia Lopez announced that the city will have to undergo mandatory quarantine from April 23 to April 25, meaning all movement of citizens will be prohibited during that time.

She went on to say that the city will also have a curfew from 8:00 pm to 4:00 am starting April 19.

Colombia stands as one of the 10 most infected nations, with the total number of people who tested positive for the virus nearing 2.7 million, according to the health ministry's data.
