Brexit not happening is 'nonsense' - Johnson

Former United Kingdom Foreign Minister Boris Johnson said on Monday that the idea of Brexit not happening is "nonsense." Speaking on LBC Radio about tomorrow's Brexit vote in the House of Commons, Johnson stated that the deal is likely to "go down."

"I think, possibly, some colleagues are being scared by this idea that there might be no Brexit as a result of voting it down. I think that's nonsense," the official stated. "Britain will leave in March, absolutely, and that's the bottom line," he pointed out, adding "I think that people will feel betrayed. And I think they will feel that there has been a great conspiracy by the deep state of the UK, the people who really run the country."

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Theresa May is expected to say later today, in her address before the House of Commons, that the parliament is more likely to block the Brexit process than to allow London to leave the European Union without a deal.
