Dow tumbles 350 pts after Mueller's statement

Wall Street extended losses on Wednesday after Special Counsel Robert Mueller's unexpected statement and official closure of the Russia investigation. Shortly after, President Donald Trump gloated that findings in the report confirm his innocence and that "the case is closed."

Traders also feared recession after Morgan Stanley's warning and 10-year Treasury note yield decline.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average index fell 364 points at 11:44 am ET, down 1.43%. J&J and Nike were the biggest losers, down 5.02% and 3.68%, respectively. The Nasdaq 100 lost 1.21% at 11:45 am ET as Workday and Lululemon sank over 5%, while the S&P 500 decreased 1.13% concurrently, dragged down by Capri Holdings' plunge of over 10%.
