Europe jumps premarket with all eyes on trade

European equities traded higher premarket on Wednesday as trade remained in focus. United States Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross didn't write off imposing tariffs on car imports from the European Union despite the previous deadline expiring on November 14.

Meanwhile, European Central Bank's Executive Board Member Benoit Coeure sparkled the optimism, saying that unemployment in the euro area receded to the pre-crisis level with wages rising at the highest pace in a decade.

The DAX traded higher premarket on Wednesday, surging 0.53% at 7:30 am CET. At the same time, the FTSE 100 gained 0.12% while the CAC 40 rose 0.48% at 7:40 am CET.

The euro was flat against the greenback to go for 1.10763 at 7:30 am CET.
