Europe lower premarket with data in focus

Major stock indexes in Europe traded with losses during the premarket session on Thursday as investors awaited the release of fresh economic data across the continent. Before the opening bell, reports on German industrial production and United Kingdom house prices are expected to be published, while the European Union's third-quarter GDP will be revealed after the markets open.

The DAX fell 0.39% at 8:00 am CET, while the FTSE 100 declined by 0.12%. At the same time, the CAC 40 decreased by 0.29%, and the Euro Stoxx 50 lost 0.59%.

The euro and the British pound were both flat against the dollar at 7:58 am CET, selling for $1.07639 and $1.25585 respectively.
