Fetterman to return to Senate in April
United States Senator John Fetterman (pictured) plans to return to the Senate during the week that starts on April 17, his representatives told NBC News on Wednesday.
The Democrat lawmaker from Pennsylvania has been treated for depression at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center since mid-February 2023.
He also suffered a stroke in May 2022. Nevertheless, he beat Republican Mehmet Oz in the November 2022 election to claim the Senate seat and increase his party's majority in the upper chamber of Congress.
