Governor: Russian shelling leaves 1 dead in Kherson
Kherson Oblast Governor Oleksandr Prokudin said on Friday that one person was killed and another injured in a shelling carried out by Russian forces in the residential part of the city.
"The occupation forces shelled residential areas of the city. Fires broke out in a residential building and a garage as a result of enemy shelling. As of this hour, there are two victims," Prokudin wrote on his Telegram account.
He further added that the fatal victim was a 25-year-old man.
