India reports 41,546 new COVID cases, 443 deaths

India registered 41,546 new cases of COVID-19 over the past 24 hours, the country's Health Ministry revealed on Monday. The coronavirus case tally since the start of the pandemic now stands at 9,431,691 in India.

The number of deaths rose by 443 to a total of 137,139.

Meanwhile, the total number of people discharged from hospitals after having been admitted with the coronavirus increased by 45,333 over the past 24 hours.
