Johnson sees 'strong possibility' of no-deal Brexit

United Kingdom Prime Minister Boris Johnson said on Thursday that he sees a "strong possibility" of the country failing to reach a post-Brexit trade agreement with the European Union before the end of the transition period.

Johnson claimed the UK has been "incredibly flexible" in talks with the bloc and insisted London will "go the extra mile" in trying to strike a deal. However, he warned Britain should be prepared for the Australian-style "option."

"We're not stopping, the talks will continue," Johnson stressed but pointed out that the deal "on the table" is "not right for the UK."
