Johnson: We have to stop second hump of infection

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson noted on Thursday the government could decide to shorten the pub's working hours in order to "stop the second hump" of COVID-19 infection.

The government already limited socializing to groups not bigger than six people and Johnson stated new measures may be needed as "the only way to make sure the country is able to enjoy Christmas." "We can grip it now, stop the surge, arrest the spike, stop the second hump of the dromedary, flatten the second hump. Dromedary or camel? I can't remember," said Johnson while trying to explain his measures.

Britain has been the worst-hit country in Europe from the pandemic, with the 42,000 deaths being recorded.
