MoD: Kiev won't announce start of counteroffensive
Ukrainian Ministry of Defense posted a video on its Telegram Channel on Sunday showing military personnel at different areas of the front around the country, all showing the gesture of keeping quiet.
"Plans love silence. There will be no start announcement," the ministry wrote in the description of the video, which might suggest that the Ukrainian counteroffensive could soon begin. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky previously said that the country's forces are "ready" to launch the attack and reclaim its territories occupied by Russia.
Former director of the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), David Petraeus, underscored that Kiev's counterattack will be "impressive," adding that the Ukrainians are "determined to liberate their country."
