Norcros Adhesives Becomes Oracle's 300th FastForward Customer in Europe, the Middle East and Africa

READING, UK, May 13th, 2003 - Oracle Corp. (NASDAQ: ORCL), the
world's largest enterprise software company, today announced its
300th Oracle FastForward customer in the Europe, Middle East and
Africa (EMEA) region. The customer, Norcros Adhesives, a UK-based
developer and manufacturer of adhesives, sealants and associated
products, was signed by Oracle Certified Advantage Partner, MI
Services. Oracle FastForward is an implementation methodology used by
Oracle consultants and business partners to implement core
applications of the Oracle E-Business Suite in a fixed timescale, at
a fixed cost and with a fixed scope.

A subsidiary of Ardex GmbH, Norcros Adhesives has chosen a
FastForward implementation of the Oracle Process Manufacturing,
Oracle Financials and Oracle Supply Chain Management modules of the
Oracle E-Business Suite to replace disparate legacy systems.
Norcros Adhesives required an integrated system that would simplify
existing business processes, would scale to meet the company's future
needs and that was capable of being implemented within a fixed

"We evaluated offerings from a range of vendors including SAP, Baan,
J.D. Edwards and IFS, but selected Oracle as its functionality best
matched our requirements. With Oracle we know exactly how much the
project will cost and when it will be up and running," said Ivan
Wheatley, managing director, Norcros Adhesives.

MI Services will implement Oracle Process Manufacturing using
Oracle's FastForward methodology. "The implementation will give
Norcros the functionality they need on a fixed price, fixed time,
fixed scope basis," said Daniel Williams, account manager, MI

Increasing numbers of Oracle customers in the region are choosing
rapid implementations of the Oracle E-Business Suite in order to
minimise implementation costs and get up and running quickly on the
Oracle software. In addition to Norcros Adhesives, European
organisations that have chosen a FastForward implementation of Oracle
E-Business Suite applications during Oracle's current fiscal year
include Atempo, Champion Europe, C.N.A, DPA Financial People, EMKTV,
Ingroup, Landbouwkrediet/Credit Agricole, Lecebne Marianske Lazne and
Paksi ESZI.

"With the current pressure on IT departments to keep costs down,
Oracle FastForward is one way that Oracle is helping organisations to
deploy the Oracle E-Business Suite applications they need to run
their business, at lower cost and in a shorter time, said Tony
Mulligan, Senior Director, Channel Sales, Oracle Europe, Middle East
and Africa.

Oracle's FastForward implementation methodology is designed to reduce
the complexity, time and cost of an E-Business Suite project by
enabling the customer to choose a pre-configured version of the
software that already incorporates standard business processes for
that customer's particular industry or business function. Oracle
FastForward is one of several rapid implementation options offered by
Oracle Consulting and many of Oracle's business partners.
Organisations looking to automate an entire business process, rather
than implement a single application, can benefit from Oracle Business
Flow Accelerators, fixed-price, fixed-time, fixed-scope services
that provide a rapid implementation of multiple E-Business Suite
modules to provide an integrated business flow such as
Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Click-to-Resolution.
