The mobilcom Group is expecting results for 2005 to be slightly above
the level of the record year 2004 (EBITDA 2004: €166.6
million; EBIT 2004: €94.3 million). The company, despite
expected growth from 4.56 to 4.80 million customers, is planning to
increase profit on an EBITDA and EBIT basis significantly for the
business unit Mobile Service Provider (EBITDA 2004: €40.6
million; EBIT 2004: €9.2 million). mobilcom is expecting
hefty growth in profit on an EBITDA basis of about 50% to
€60 million in this business unit. In the middle term, the
Mobile Service Provider wants to realize an EBITDA margin of 6%
(EBITDA margin 2004: 2.8%). AG had predicted an EBITDA of
€125 million to €140 million for the fixed-line
Network/Internet business conducted by AG (2004 EBITDA:
