Edvantage group has delivered Virtual Communities to support Ericsson
Executive programs since 2001. Ericsson and Edvantage group has
signed a new contract for Edvantage group to continue to deliver
virtual Leadership Communities for existing executive training
programmes the next 3-years.

Edvantage group's Leadership Community allows Ericsson leadership
programme candidates to share knowledge and issues relevant to the
training programme through discussion with peers around the world
before, during and after participating in the management development
modules. The Community contains discussion groups, high quality
learning modules, chat rooms, external and internal news, and
participant and speaker profiles.

Steve Newman, Program Director Leadership at Ericsson, said: "By
adding a virtual dimension to our leadership training programme, we
have moved from event-based training to a richer form of continuous
learning throughout our international leadership network. The
Edvantage group solution makes training much more efficient while
maintaining the high quality of the traditional program."

"We have been working with Ericsson since 2001 and are of course very
pleased to sign an additional 3-year contract until end 2008, we see
an increase in the demand for this kind of tools to support
leadership development in large organisations.
We have a targeted road show on the subject of Leadership Communities
in Oslo, Stockholm, Amsterdam and Copenhagen during September and we
see a lot of interest from people working with Leadership development
in large organisations" explains Thomas Berglund, Edvantage group's
CEO.
