Euro hovers around 1.2 against dollar during Draghi presser

The euro rose over 0.8% against the dollar and traded over 1.2 on Thursday but retreated shortly after as President of the European Central Bank Mario Draghi started his press conference following the ECB's decision from earlier today to keep key interest rates unchanged as well as its non-standard monetary policy measures.

The Eurozone currency traded 0.66% in the green against the dollar, buying 1.1998 at 2:42 pm CET. At the same time, the pound fell 0.36% against the euro to go for 1.0906.
