Wall Street turns higher in premarket trade

Wall Street indexes turned to gains in premarket trade on Wednesday as Japan confirmed its Finance Minister Taro Aso will meet United States Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin tomorrow, ahead of President Donald Trump's meeting with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on Friday. Meanwhile, more publicly traded companies are due to release their earnings reports, with figures from Biogen, Nasdaq, AT&T, Catterpillar and Boeing all due before the bell.

After market close, Tesla, Facebook, Visa, Microsoft and PayPal will post their results.

The Dow is seen as stating the trading session 0.09% higher, while the Nasdaq 100 will increase 0.14% and the S&P 500 is set to be 0.06% in the green.

The euro lost 0.13% against the dollar to change hands at 1.12131 at 6:17 am ET.
