US stocks fall premarket as earnings season continues
Stocks in the United States declined in premarket trading on Friday as focus remained on corporate earnings.
Investors digested results from Amazon, Intel, T-Mobile, Ford and Starbucks, released after yesterday's session and awaited reports from energy giants Chevron and Exxon Mobil, as well as Colgate-Palmolive and American Airlines due before the bell.
The Dow Jones lost 0.14% premarket, the Nasdaq 100 fell 0.33% and the S&P 500 was down 0.15%. The euro added 0.05% against the dollar to sell for 1.1138 at 4:25 am ET.
