N. Korea conducts another short-range missile test

South Korea's military said that Pyongyang once more fired two unidentified short-range missiles that landed into the Sea of Japan, local media reported. Senior United States officials stated that they were aware of the launch and were consulting with Seoul and Tokyo on the matter.

The projectiles were launched from the eastern town of Sondok in South Hamgyong Provence.

Earlier, the US PResident Donald Trump said that the North Korean Leader Kim Jong-un sent him a letter that contained a "small apology" for the recent missile tests, which have stirred up both South Korea and its allies.
