Wall Street stocks lower with all eyes on trade

The stocks on Wall Street traded slightly lower premarket on Wednesday as trade uncertainty continued despite China sparking optimism by opting to exempt domestic buyers from taxes on soybeans from the United States.

Meanwhile, the American Petroleum Institute announced that oil inventories in the United States increased while the price of crude declined.

The Dow traded mostly flat with tiny losses of 0.03% at 4:36 am ET while the Nasdaq 100 slipped 0.36% at the same time. The S&P 500 went down slightly trading 0.08% lower.

The euro remained unchanged against the dollar and changed hands for 1.11251 at 4:39 am ET.
