Wall Street closes lower, Dow falls over 100 pts

Stock markets in the United States closed in the red on Friday following weak jobs data reported by the US Bureau of Labor Statistics earlier in the day. The weaker-than-expected jobs data revealed employers added 145,000 jobs in December, pointing to a slowdown in job creation but continued labor market tightening

After breaking 29,000 points, the Dow Jones fell 0.46% or 133 points. Boeing was the worst performer following leaked employee conversations that said that the 737 MAX model was "designed by clowns." Meanwhile, the S&P 500 dipped 0.29% as Harley-Davidson lead the losses. The Nasdaq 100 declined 0.26%; Broadcom dropped 2.30%.
