Japan's GDP could drop in Q4 - economy min

Japan's Minister of Economic Revitalization Yasutoshi Nishimura (pictured) said the country's gross domestic product (GDP) might decline in the final quarter of 2019, showing a lower figure compared to the previous quarter's results.

Nishimura told reporters, the dive is provoked by typhoon disasters, as well as increased sales taxes, several Japanese media outlets reported. He went on to say that the growth of the country's economy could also be hindered by the new coronavirus outbreak.
