McDonald's closes dining areas in US on virus fears
McDonald's Corporation announced on Monday it will shut down dining rooms in its United States restaurants over worries of the COVID-19 spreading.
The fast-food giant said in a statement the closure will take effect immediately and will include seating, as well as play areas. Whereas, its walk-in take-out, delivery and drive-through services will continue working normally.
The company traded 0.11% in the green in after-hours trade on Monday.
