Trump: Haven't seen bad hydroxychroloquine results

United States President Donald Trump said on Fox News that he hasn't "seen bad" results from the use of hydroxychloroquine to treat the coronavirus. The president also pointed out that the US has bought over 29 million doses of the drug.

He noted cannot kill people and is safe as it has been used to treat malaria and lupus. Trump commented the best way to treat the disease is with hydroxychloroquine, azithromycin and zinc. However, he also said azithromycin can cause heart problems.

Trump has been criticized for his comments on the malaria drug as scientific results on its use for COVID-19 are scarce. Nevertheless, the president noted that it should be use for critical patients as they have nothing to lose.
