Euro area inflation up to 0.3% in June

The annual inflation in the Eurozone is expected to stand at 0.3% in June, according to a flash estimate published by the statistical office of the European Union Eurostat on Tuesday. The figure marks a rise from May's rate of 0.1%.

Food, alcohol and tobacco prices are expected to have the highest annual rate at 3.1%, followed by services prices, which are seen rising by 1.2%. On the other hand, energy prices are seen dropping by 9.4%.

The complete inflation data for June is scheduled for release on July 17.
