GOP to push next coronavirus aid bill in July

Senate Republicans said on Tuesday they are planning to move ahead with the next coronavirus relief bill in late July.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (pictured) stated "basic protections" provided by federal unemployment insurance should be included in the bill, indicating, however, they would likely be lower than the ones enacted in earlier.

Earlier, United States Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said he is working with Congress on passing another stimulus package by the end of next month.
