Deutsche Telekom boosts connections with Huawei - report
German telecommunications company Deutsche Telekom AG is reportedly boosting its business connections with China’s multinational technology Huawei Technologies Co even though the authorities urged to expel it from the German territory.
According to Handelsblatt newspaper, Deutsche Telekom depends on Huawei as a supplier for its 5G network.
Telekom now has 12,000 antennas for 5G in live operation in Germany and with help of Huawei technology, it supplies more than 1,000 cities in the country.
