House to stay in session until deal reached - Pelosi

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (pictured) said on Tuesday that the lower chamber of the United States Congress will stay in session until an agreement is reached on additional coronavirus stimulus.

"We have to stay here until we have a bill," Pelosi told lawmakers, reportedly adding that she will not settle for a "skinny" bill. Pelosi herself is facing pressure from centrists Democrats, who are pushing for the approval of the legislation before Congress leaves Washington DC ahead of the elections.

According to Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, the Trump administration and the Democrats continued their work on the fourth round of the coronavirus stimulus.
