Cryptoexchange FTX to trade top stocks as Apple and Tesla

Crypto derivatives exchange FTX announced on Thursday it has started with a pilot project of trading some of the world's top stocks that will be tokenized.

According to the announcement, on a platform that is "first of its kind" traders will be able to buy and sell more than 12 equity and crypto pairs through the fractional stocks offering.

High-profile names include Netflix Inc., Tesla Inc., Facebook Inc., and Amazon as well as Apple and the SPDR S&P 500 exchange-traded fund that will be traded against Bitcoin, stablecoins, and more.
