Trump: We win Wisconsin and it's over

"If we win Wisconsin, it's over," United States President Donald Trump said on Friday.

Speaking at a rally in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Trump promised to support police, cut regulations, protect borders, religious liberties and the second amendment. He threatened that there would be "no heating in the winter, no air conditioning in the summer," if Biden wins because of his energy policy plans.

Wisconsin carries 10 electoral votes in the November 3 election and polls currently show that Biden is leading in the state. Trump won the state in 2016, taking it for the GOP for the first time since 1984. At the time, he was backed by Wisconsin House Speaker Paul Ryan who has since left Congress.
