DoJ seeks more info on Salesforce, Slack deal
The United States Justice Department’s Antitrust Division is seeking additional information on Salesforce's deal to buy Slack for $27 billion, Salesforce said.
However, Salesforce still expects to close the deal in the fiscal quarter ending July 31.
The cloud computing company announced its plan to buy the workplace messaging app in December in its largest acquisition ever.
