Kerry: We are very sorry for the last four years

United States Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry said on Sunday that the Biden administration is "very sorry for the last four years when the president didn't care about science." He pointed out that former President Donald Trump was the only world leader to pull out of the Paris Agreement on climate change and reiterated the current government's commitment to tackling the issue.

Kerry told Sky News that the upcoming climate summit hosted by President Joe Biden on April 22-23 is a chance to get the highest contributors to climate change to "bring nations to the table to do what we need to do to get the job done for future generations." He stressed that no one nation can end climate change on its own and that the greatest polluters "have to lead the way."
