Gold hits three-month high amid stock, crypto selloff

The price of gold reached on Monday $1,860 per ounce, marking the highest its been since February. Other precious metals were on the rise as well, as investors moved towards safe-haven assets from high-risk stocks and cryptocurrencies.

Gold was up 0.92% at 10:29 am ET, selling for $1,860.18.

Meanwhile, silver jumped 1.26% 10:30 am ET to $27.76 per oz, while platinum grew 0.50% to $1,235.60 per oz at the same time. The price of palladium climbed 0.22% at 10:31 am ET to $2,903.54 per oz.
