US mostly higher ahead of trade, jobs data reports

Wall Street shares continued to climb in the premarket on Tuesday ahead of the opening bell. Investors will be looking at the United States trade balance report and the JOLTS job openings. Meanwhile, a number of high-profile websites, from Amazon and Twitter to major news outlets, reported outages later attributed to an issue with the cloud computing services provider Fastly.

The Dow Jones traded flat at 8:07 am ET. The S&P 500 added 0.18% at 8:08 am ET, and the Nasdaq 100 increased by 0.53% at the same time.

The euro traded just 0.08% lower against the dollar and went for 1.21802 at 8:09 am ET.
