South Korea wants to work with North on vaccination

South Korean President Moon Jae-in said on Monday that his government wants to "push proactively for cooperation on vaccine supplies" for North Korea, pending approval from Pyongyang. He said South Korea intends to become a "global vaccine production hub" and that "North Korea would be a partner for cooperation."

However, Moon pointed out Pyongyang has not voiced an opinion on the matter and there is no available data on the country's coronavirus situation. "In case of any signal from North Korea, we will of course help," he added.
