NASA, Boeing postpone Starliner test flight

The United States National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the Boeing Company postponed the launch of the Starliner spacecraft to the International Space Station (ISS) after "unexpected valve position indications in the propulsion system" were detected.

An uncrewed test flight of CST-100 Starliner using a United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket was set to take place at 1:20 pm ET today.

NASA and Boeing said they will provide updates on August 4.
