Oil up 1% ahead of OPEC outlook report

Oil futures' prices extended their recent rally on Tuesday, rising over 1% as market participants awaited the release of OPEC's 2021 World Oil Outlook (WOO).

Supply issues and concerns seemingly continued to affect market sentiment and energy prices globally, with the United Kingdom reportedly planning to seek help from the army in dealing with fuel delivery.

WTI for settlements in November increased 0.99% to sell for a two-and-a-half-month high of $76.16 per barrel at 4:11 am ET, while Brent for November deliveries was up 0.77%, going for $80.13 per barrel at the same time and representing its highest price in almost three years.
