Cuomo charged with misdemeanor 'sex crime'

Former New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo (pictured) was charged on Thursday for a misdemeanor "sex crime."

According to the director of public information for the New York State Unified Court System Lucian Chalfen, the charge for "forcible touching," which is a class A misdemeanor, has been filed in Albany City Court.

Cuomo resigned earlier in the summer over the complaints, following an investigation by the state's attorney general.
