Stellantis to reorganize European financing operations
Stellantis N.V. announced on Friday it plans to reshuffle its European financing operations.
The carmaker is in negotiations with BNP Paribas Personal Finance, Credit Agricole Consumer Finance and Santander Consumer Finance about "better organizing Stellantis’ current European financing landscape to bring consistent and attractive financing activities to all Stellantis brand customers, dealers and distributors."
Stellantis added its plans include setting up a multi-brand operational leasing company together with Credit Agricole in which both companies will have a 50% stake, as well as creating joint ventures with BNP Paribas and Santander "in each country to manage financing activities for all Stellantis brands."
